Our Directors are all qualified Chartered Surveyors with extensive experience of landlord and tenant work including rent reviews by negotiation and references to third parties and lease renewal negotiations. Valuation
Each of our fully qualified Chartered Surveyors act on behalf of a wide range of banks, building societies and lending institutions in providing �Red Book� valuations and updated asset valuations for accounting purposes.

Property Management
We have a centralised property management team with fully computerised software dealing with commercial and mixed use property management. We ensure that tenants comply with their obligations, attend to rent collection and regular inspections and we are regulated by the RICS DPB scheme for regulated insurance activity. We aim to take away the day to day headache of direct investment in property, collecting several million pounds worth of rental income.
