Tesco Express opens in Ulverston
Tesco has opened their second Tesco Express convenience store in the south lakes this week, having taken a lease of the former Woolworths unit on Market Street, Ulverston. The supermarket chain already has an Express store in Bowness-on-Windermere, in addition to the nearby Tesco Extra & Tesco Metro stores in Barrow-in-Furness.
The Tesco Express in Ulverston opened its doors on 22nd July after a lengthy shop-fitting exercise converting the unit which will trade between 0700 and 2300. Peill & Company's Kendal office acts for the landlords of the unit, and also as managing agents for the property.
