Barrow in Furness - Hindpool Retail Park, New B&Q Warehouse & JJB Fitness Club

Work continues apace on the construction of the new B&Q warehouse and JJB Sports Health & Fitness outlets at Hindpool Road, immediately adjacent to the existing Hindpool Retail Park with representation from Tesco Extra, Homebase, Halfords, Pets at Home and Iceland. The new development, being carried out by Positive Locations of Cheshire, will back on to the existing retail park and provide a relocation for B&Q to a new 85,000 sq ft warehouse concept. The JJB Health & Fitness Club is scheduled to be open by September 2008. Peill & Company advised Positive Locations on the site acquisition process.
