Sainsburys announced for new Penrith Store
Sainsburys have been named as the supermarket which will anchor the £77 million pound Penrith New Squares Shopping Centre, being developed by Lowther Manelli Properties. Peill and Company and GVA Grimley have been advising Lowther Manelli on the town centre re-development and a planning application has been submitted to Eden District Council which is due to be determined in October.
